Returns
Due to the artisanal and organic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to resolving the issue with care.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they enter our packing and dispatch process.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We encourage you to allow your skin time to adjust and respond to a new ritual. If you have any concerns about a product or how to use it, our team will be happy to guide you.
While we are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind, we are always here to help you get the best possible experience from your Viveda ritual.
