Viveda Essentials was born from a deeply personal journey, one rooted in mindful living, ancestral wisdom, and a belief that true wellness is a daily ritual.

I created Viveda Essentials to bring back the beauty of slow, intentional self-care, inspired by Ayurveda, plant intelligence, and time-honoured Indian rituals. In a world of excess and speed, I wanted to offer products that feel grounding, honest, and deeply nurturing.
