Orders placed on the Viveda Essentials website are usually processed within 24–48 working hours. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with your order details. For prepaid orders, confirmation is sent after successful payment, while COD orders may be verified before dispatch.

Yes, you can request a shipping address change if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact Viveda Essentials customer support as soon as possible with your order number and updated address. Once shipped, the address may not be changed.
